About Us
Hope Collaborative’s PSO and Diversion Programs
Hope Collaborative provides trauma-informed services that meet the urgent needs of youth in our community. Through our Public School Outreach (PSO) program, we place trained mentors in public schools to support students academically, socially, and emotionally—helping them thrive in and beyond the classroom.
Our Diversion Program offers restorative alternatives to youth involved in the justice system. These workshops promote accountability, healing, and personal growth, reducing recidivism and empowering young people to make positive life choices.
Central to our mission is mobilizing the church to serve the community. We partner with local congregations to extend care, mentorship, and hope to vulnerable youth. By equipping churches to engage directly with schools and justice-involved youth, we create a network of compassionate support rooted in faith and community.
